My Tiny Gym

Why are you a personal trainer?  I want to make a difference in people’s lives.  Sometimes, we just need someone to help us get going in the right direction and I want to be that person.  

Are you certified?  Yes. National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and Youth Exercise Specialist.
Are you CPR certified?  Yes. American Heart Association Adult and Pediatric CPR & AED certified .
Are you affiliated with a gym?  No.   I train clients in my personal studio.

Are you insured?  Yes
How do you stay in shape?  I train at least 5 days/week.  I do everything from boxing, cardio, HIIT, to yoga.  I enjoy variety. 
What’s your fitness philosophy?  There’s a lot more to fitness than simply what you physically see; it’s about wellness.  Everyone, from children to seniors, should be physically active. 
Do you recommend supplements?  I will only be able to tell you about supplements I have personally tried.  I am not a nutritionist and/or dietician, but I will refer you to one. 
Are most of your clients long term or short term?  Both. It depends on what my client wants and/or needs. 
How many times/week do you train clients?  I base my availability on what my clients would prefer.
